Shipping Options
Standard
5-10 Business Days
Our standard shipping option is only available for customers in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO and US territories. This service combines a ground network of several carriers with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
Standard shipments can be delivered to shipping address that is a PO Box.
The cost of Standard shipping is not eligible for a refund unless shipment is delayed by the carrier. A signature may be required.
Express
Express orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You may select 1-Day or 2-Day express shipping.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express option needs to be sent to a physical address.
The cost of Express shipping is not eligible for a refund unless shipment is delayed by the carrier. A signature may be required.
2 Day
Express 2-Day shipment will arrive on the second business day after the order is processed. For example, if the order is placed before 12pm ET on Monday, the shipment will arrive on Wednesday.
1 Day
Express 1-Day shipment will arrive on the next business day after the order is processed. For example, if the order is placed before 12pm ET on Monday, the order will arrive on Tuesday.
Returns & Exchanges
Our mission at US is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your US purchase (whether purchased on US, at an US event, an US mall kiosk or from our Meta stores on Facebook or Instagram), we will gladly accept a return or exchange up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. There is no return fee, unless specified below.
IF PURCHASED AT US:
· Items marked as “Final” Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items marked as Sale are eligible for returns and exchanges.
· Apparel items such as clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached. They must be in the original received condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
· Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
· If all items for a 'Try Before You Buy' order are returned, a $15 restocking fee will be charged per order.
· US partners with Happy Returns with many convenient drop off locations.
